10 Cosy Ski Huts

The Hochwang hut is located in the middle of the St. Peter-Hochwang ski area at 1958 m above sea level. The sunny hut with a rustic ambience invites you to stay for a while and enjoy yourself. If you stop by, you should try the Fideriser cake. 

The Freeride Bar is located in the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area to the left of the Heimberg chairlift, above Parpan. You have to venture off the marked piste if you want to reach the bar. In addition to a sun-drenched terrace, the bar offers salsiz sausage and cheese from the local region as well as the legendary Parpan whisky cheese sausage.

The menu at the Tigia restaurant in the Savognin ski area features Graubünden delicacies and house specialities. The dumplings with hearty homemade sausage are highly recommended. The rustic hut is located directly on the ski and toboggan run as well as on the winter hiking trail.

The cosy meeting place on Alp Malix with what it describes as "the most beautifully situated snow bar far and wide". Snow sports fans can enjoy the sun to the full here. The bar offers a beautiful view of the Schanfigg valley opposite.

The Feldis ski lodge is located on the sunny plateau in Feldis-Mutta, a 15-minute walk from the chairlift station. Homemade, seasonal and local dishes are served with finesse and love. During the day, guests can eat and drink à la carte, while in the evening there is a creative hut dinner, alpine cheese fondue or tavolata.

Guests and locals alike appreciate the Parsiras mountain restaurant in the Sarn Heinzenberg ski area. Because at Parsiras, people like to get together over a barley soup and a glass of wine. Also recommended – the homemade apple spritzer.

The June Hütte is a very rustic and charming place. The pub in the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area below Piz Scalottas not only offers guests a magnificent view, but also spoils them with its popular baked macaroni and cheese and original Graubünden pizokels.

The cosy hut in the alternative winter sports area of Pischa in Davos is a real insider tip. The small food and drinks menu includes local dishes, coffee varieties and homemade cakes. You can round off your day’s skiing on the sun terrace or in the cosy restaurant.

If you're looking for a quiet place, you’ll find it on Alp Champatsch above Lü in Val Müstair. Guests are served in an uncomplicated manner in the small but excellent Alpine restaurant. The Bündner Plättli (Graubünden platter) with products from the valley is particularly popular.

In the Obersaxen Mundaun ski area, it’s impossible to resist the Tegia bar and its delicious tarte flambée. The hut also enjoys the reputation of being the sunniest snow bar in the Surselva. So take the Hitzeggen-Triel ski piste and turn left into La Tegia.
