The small and fine ski area of Minschuns is very popular with families thanks to its size and manageability. With its 25 kilometres of pistes, the ski area offers skiing fun for young and old.
The ski resort Minschuns in Val Müstair is certainly has to be counted as one of the «small & fine» places. The high ski area offers three ski lifts (T-Bars) with varied runs above the tree line. Waiting times is not a word used at the lifts and families with children certainly feel comfortable in Minschuns. The Val Müstair together with the adjacent Swiss National Park was awarded the title «UNESCO Biosphere Reserve» in October 2010. This is a special title which supports the gentle handling of nature. The cultural highlight is St. John's Monastery in Müstair, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
