The new fondue and raclette restaurant in Davos. In the cozy Cervolino feel-good atmosphere combines with Swiss modernity. The menu features classic and creative raclette and fondue specialties. In their production, the quality of the basic ingredients is important to us. We use a variety of cheeses from the Davos dairy, for our aromatic broths we only use fresh vegetables and best herbs.
