The owner of the extraordinary Hato restaurant, Sébastien Le Page, while Jens Jeppesen manages and runs the restaurant – a visit to Hato should definitely not be missed. Also a must see is the restaurant’s comfortable Mountain Chic Style interior, which also includes stylish and Asian-inspired elements. The Hato Lounge is without doubt the new hot spot for an après ski get together, or an expertly made pre-/after-dinner cocktail next to a crackling open fireplace. Between 8.00am and 12.00pm at the Post Café, one can enjoy a variety of tea and coffee specialties, or one of their tasty snacks and bites to eat. For those with a larger appetite, can simply head to the Post Pizza where Francesco from Naples serves up authentic Italian dishes to satisfy the taste buds.
