Every evening the Stoffel guests can enjoy a carefully composed and lovingly prepared four-course menu. Chef Thomas Krättli believes in using top-quality ingredients and produce. He works exclusively with fresh and, when available, organically produced vegetables from the region. Meat products come from carefully selected organic farms, which place the highest value on species-appropriate livestock farming.

Between noon and 5 p.m., dishes with dry-cured meat specialties from the Grisons, fondue with aromatic Alpine cheese and fresh salads are on the menu. In addition there are homemade delicacies such as soups, pasta dishes, capuns (local traditional food), fruit tarts and ice cream.

The wine cellar in Stoffel is stocked with first-class white and red wines from personally selected vintners of the Bündner Herrschaft wine region as well as classics and specialties from Ticino, Italy, France, Portugal and Spain, many of which are organic.
