Pontresina/Languard

The municipality of Pontresina is located in the Upper Engadine in the immediate vicinity of the Swiss ski and winter sports centre of St. Moritz. Those who spend their holidays here have access to the three major ski destinations Diavolezza, Corviglia and Corvatsch, which together cover around 350 kilometres of slopes. Friends of Nordic skiing will find similarly good conditions in the Upper Engadine as their alpine sports comrades. In contrast to the exclusive St. Moritz, Pontresina is a bit quieter. Numerous thermal baths and wellness oases invite you to relax after a strenuous day of skiing and the local restaurants provide a mix of Swiss and Italian specialties for the physical well-being.
