Tradition is very important here. The homemade capuns, pizzas, and also air-dried raw ham and homemade pork sausages are among the house specialties. In addition, the popular house butcher's gete is widely known in November. Between the culinary delights, the view likes to wander out into the Sursilvan mountains. The Brigelser Hörner, the Kistenstöckli and some 3000m peaks rise majestically on the opposite side of the valley. With this sight and the fine food makes everyday life seem far away.
