Spiertin 02: Die Palastmauer

Somewhere here is Spiertin, the glacier spirit. 12,600 years ago, his ice palace, the Porchabella glacier, reached as far as here. The entrance was at the moraine in front of you. In the picture it is marked red. Moraines were formed from stones, gravel and sand that the glacier transported and deposited at the end or at the edge.
