Britschi macha in dar Maijasass-Hitta in Obersaxen-Zarzana

On the way from Tobel to Zarzana there are the Maijasasshitta and a Wàlsargàda which have been restored in the original style. Built in 2019, the Maijasasshitta is developed and furnished as it used to be. The farmers produced cheese and butter (Britschi) in the Maijasasshitta in May/June. Make your own Britschi and immerse yourself in the history of agriculture and the language of Obersaxen.
