Chrütli hike "Unique mountain flora in the Tigignas area"

This half-day hike offers an abundance of rare mountain flowers as well as medicinal and culinary herbs.

Our hike leads from Tigignas (1560m) to Pro Barlegn. This trail is lined with a blaze of mountain flowers. With a little luck we can still admire the last white paradise lilies, as well as the daffodil anemones. The first arnica should already bloom along the wayside. On the circular route via Tigias (1660m) and Monas to Tigignas we learn a lot about special medicinal plants and culinary herbs. Depending on your mood we visit the Edelweissfeld in Fotgs.

Route: Tigignas - Lungatigia - Pro Barlegn - Tigias - Monas - Tigignas

Focus: Paradise lilies, orchids, arnica and culinary herbs

Highlight: possibly visit the Edelweissfeld in Fotgs
