Concert by HIGH MEADOW

The band is dedicated to blues rock, which can sometimes come across as really funky. Lush funk rhythms with powerful power chords, accompanied by cool Hammond sound and rousing bass runs as well as a powerful rock voice and interesting drum sound characterize the band. HIGH MEADOW was founded at the end of 2017 and all members can look back on many years of band and stage experience and some of their paths have already crossed in previous bands and on other stages. Originally founded only as a cover band, the desire for their own songs became bigger and bigger and it didn't take long until it was put into action. The result is a studio album with 11 original compositions, which was released in Swiss stores on 5 February 2021 and can also be downloaded on all digital platforms. The band is constantly developing new songs and these are performed again and again at the concerts.
The band's greatest success was at the Rock & Blues Nights 2019 in Gossau, St. Gallen. The former newcomers were able to prevail against twelve other bands in advance and finally get a performance at the next Rock & Blues Nights on the main stage.
