This course teaches the correct paddling technique as well as tips and tricks to keep you on the board even in waves and not fall into the water.
For those who want to attend the SUP yoga and have never stood on a SUP board, this course is recommended beforehand.
Meeting point: 8.30 am at the water sports center at Heidsee
Costs: CHF 25.00 For adults and children from 12 years.
Reservations are required until 17.00 the evening before at T +41 81 385 21 49 or directly at the Wassersportcenter.
