The piece takes us back to the time around 1523, when the Reformation arrived in Chur.

It deals with the life and work of Johannes Comander and his environment and makes it possible to experience how torn and agitated the times were at that time. At the same time, "Comander" is also about a theatre ensemble that embarks on the adventure of telling the story from today's expanded perspective.

It quickly becomes clear that it is not easy to agree on a common version.

A turbulent and entertaining theatre performance about formative years in Graubünden and new social ideas – then and now!
