International Museum Day 2023

"THE FIND" is the name of the exhibition of the Cazis Cultural Archive during the International Museum Day. In the basement of our archive lies a small treasure trove of religious objects, which we briefly refer to as "THE FIND". And we found not only Bibles and hymnbooks from past times, but also memories of religious festivals and some small boxes, which were attached as a reminder of the deceased in rural rooms. We at the Cazis Cultural Archive like to call such objects and books "heavy fare". But that is precisely why it is worthwhile to show all this to a broad public. When visitors bring their children, we are very happy about it, because another find are ancient children's books. For example, books such as Gulliver's Travels, Globi in the first edition of 1938, Heimatlos by Johanna Spyri and last but not least the Strubel-Peter in Romanesque edition entitled "Il Pieder Spalau" from 1921. The team "Cultural Archive Cazis" is pleased to welcome many guests to the International Museum Day.
