The sound of her music is a blend of harp, vocals and electronics to create a unique meditation experience. Their work includes instrumental meditation music as well as meditations with spoken instructions in all the national languages of South Tyrol. The diverse musical backgrounds of the two musicians create a distinctive sound that invites you to immerse yourself and let go. Classical harpist Isabel Goller and singer-songwriter Elisa Godino create meditation sounds together. In a gentle yoga session, we will slowly and mindfully assume positions that provide deep relaxation. We will then guide you through a beautiful meditation on the theme of gratitude.
