Lecture with Stefan Gubser

Swiss actor Stefan Gubser is an mountain and nature lover. .

He loves good, regional, authentic cuisine and enjoys an exquisite glass of wine. He finds relaxation in hiking or winter sports – and afterwards enjoys a good meal.

Stefan Gubser reads literature in German by Michael Theurillat, the award-winning Swiss crime novelist.

At the following dinner, Stefan moves into the supporting role as epicure and leaves the main role to Thomas Huber, our Executive Chef with his brigade.
