Morning "Hands" event: massage, keep flexible and pain-free

Tension and pain in the hands are common and can severely restrict those affected in everyday life. The head of the Rheumaliga Counselling Centre in Bad Ragaz, Andrea Schmider, and the former nurse and experienced naturopath, Trineke Wijngaard from Maienfeld, who had also offered massages in her health practice for years, will inform you about interesting facts about the anatomy of the hands, possible diseases and show you how hand reflexology works and how you can keep your hands flexible even with simple massage exercises and thus avoid complaints. .

We will meet on Tuesday, April 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.
- for breakfast with coffee, tea and "croissants" at the Rheumaliga counselling centre, Bahnhofstrasse 15 in Bad Ragaz.
- Afterwards, you will receive information on the topics of hands, massage, relaxation and movement in a presentation.
- With the help of simple exercises while sitting, you will learn how to massage and move your hands yourself to relax, stretch and strengthen them. You will experience the immediate positive effect when stretching, massage and relaxation are in a balanced relationship.

Implementation from 8 people, maximum 12 participants. The cost of the event, including lunch, is Fr. 15 for members of the Rheumaliga and Fr. 20 for non-members.
