New Work for everyone?

Today, "New Work" is a well-known phrase that sounds different in every ear: "Self-organization and self-management", "home office and flexible working hours", "open workplace design", "digitization of work processes" are frequently heard links. "New Work" has become a dazzling prophecy – understood by some more as a threat and by others as a kind of promise that occasionally addresses hidden longings: less work and more time for the important things in life; no more bosses, because everyone is allowed to lead at eye level; vibrant organizations that are filled with agile dynamics.
