Opera "SEMIRAMIDE" in Obersaxen-Meierhof

In Meierhof, in front of a majestic mountain backdrop and away from the big music houses and stages, a great, fascinating musical experience will be created from 29 July to 13 August 2022. Opera viva presents "Semiramide", one of the classics of Italian opera.
With the coro opera viva, consisting of singers from the entire region of Graubünden, the internationally active soloists and the philharmonia opera viva, the work will be performed under the direction of Gion Gieri Tuor. In front of the stage design of the local painter Rudolf Mirer, Rossini's opera becomes an opera experience of a special kind.
In addition to these scenic performances in the midst of the spectacular mountains of the Surselva, opera viva offers its visitors a culinary offer in the unique ambience of DAS ZELT. The excellent cuisine and the well-kept service frame the special opera festival.
