Sanbe Run

The departure is scheduled at 10.00 am in front of the party shed, near the Sports Center. For the ASTi categories the route winds along the track that runs along the suggestive dirt road of Lake Isola, for a total length of 10 km (2 laps of 5 km) and a difference in height of +/-

m.The Popular Race and the Dog Trail, race with dogs, consist instead of a ride only around Lake Isola for a total length of 5 km and a difference in height of +/- 130 m.

Integrated with the running race there is also a non-competitive walking and Nordic walking event, which starts at the same time as the race, for a distance of 5 km (1 lap of the track).

At 11.00 am there is the start of the ASTi Youth Cup, 2 km long and with a difference in height of +/- 8 m.



Registration is possible on site from 08.30 to 09.30. Pre-registration cost Chf. 15.-, registration on site Chf. 20.-, including lunch.
