blue – from darkness to light: In October 2020, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist ZIAN came out of nowhere and released his debut single "Show You", which became a national hit in Switzerland within a few months and stormed both the single and airplay charts. The pop ballad went gold after just six months and platinum a year after its release. In February 2021, ZIAN performed his hit single for the first time in front of a large TV audience when he performed at the Swiss Music Awards. Just three months later, the promising newcomer was named "Artist of the Month" by the Montreux Jazz Festival and released his second single "Grateful" – his next radio hit. In November 2021 his third single "Old Again" was released, in January 2022 his debut album "Burden".

ZIAN's reflectiveness and profundity are at the heart of his music. The Basel-based musician, who won the Energy Music Award in 2021, knows how to tell melancholy stories that ultimately leave hope. In his music he mixes orchestral pop with rock melodies and combines them with modern, electronic elements. ZIAN is an unpolished jewel, a wild catch whose songs emerge directly from the soul world and a unique emotional world.

CULTURE IN THE VILLAGE
The event is carried out jointly by the Tamina Therme and Kultur im Ort. Culture in the village ensures that Bad Ragaz becomes a meeting place for local and foreign guests. It offers visitors various concerts, lectures, comedy shows or poetry slams. A reason to leave the house on "little Friday" to treat yourself to a cultural treat and meet with friends. Guests can expect a colourful range of high-quality (mostly Swiss) artists.

After-drink at Casino Ragaz
No plans yet after Zian's show? In order to ensure the rest of the evening program, the Casino Bad Ragaz, a few meters from the Tamina Therme, offers excitement and entertainment while gambling. At the Golden Wave Bar in the casino with 140 varieties of gin, there is something for every taste. As a highlight of the visit, cash prizes worth a total of CHF 1,500 will be raffled among all guests present at 11.00 pm. The casino is open until 03.00.
