The perfect Sushi roll..

Learn everything you need to know about the ingredients and preparation of the perfect sushi roll.

We start at 2.00 pm at our Leonto Restaurant with the “Mis en Place”.
Different types will be shown and tried out. From the simple maki to an inside out roll, and of course the Sushi Master shows how to prepare and cut the fish. Everyone rolls their own creation. So the course is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

After the sushi class, you can either eat your own sushi specialities directly in the restaurant or at home with your loved ones.
