The #trailtreff_lenzerheide is an after-work round in couped terrain. The rounds last 60 - 90 min. and take place weekly from June to October, each Tuesday. There are currently no strength classes, the level depends on the participants!
Registration: Is not necessary. Just be at the post office in Lenzerheide on time at 18.45 and then on the trail, ready, go!
Requirements: run at least 1 hour at a time and good running shoes
