«WOM - die Totenmess» with Andrea Zogg and Marco Schädler

The worldwide change in culture and ideology

" tells the story of two white, old
men who put patriarchy to the test with humour and a lot of
wit and language and music
.
The good Lord is old and white. The
creators are exhausted. Before word censorship
silences them, they wait hopefully
for redemptive doom. Two
mature artists still try to save
what can no longer be saved – with wit and
charm they celebrate the funeral mass for
the White Old Man. Cheerful and serious –
with world literature, songs and
classical music pieces from Purcell to Rachmaninov
and James Brown to Nina Hagen
– the two old white men put
patriarchy to the test. Beyond
resentment and hostility and "across" through the
changing society

WOM», a scenic-musical work, is
already the third collaboration between
Andrea Zogg (acting, singing), Marco
Schädler (music, piano) and Eva Roselt
(author, director), who
is also responsible for the book this time.
