Women Trail Run Camp

You've been out on the trails from time to time, but now you want to hone your technique and get to know running in alpine terrain. During three days we will be on different trails on the Heinzenberg and in Lenzerheide. Flowing, steep, rocky and easy climbing passages accompany us. Together we will surpass ourselves and you will learn that trail running is also enjoyable in alpine terrain and offers wonderful views.
