Our castle is set in the city of Maienfeld. It’s surrounded by picturesque vineyards and represents an important landmark of the city. In various restaurant and event spaces, as well as our vineyards, where we cultivate our own Pinot Noir, modernity meets tradition and creates an exceptional feeling.

Description

Our gastronomy concept is versatile, from business lunches in the bistro, to an upscale à la carte offer in the restaurant, to apéritifs or nightcaps, for guests or groups and clubs in Club 1247. Culinary and hospitality are in the foreground - our guests should feel welcome, enjoy themselves and be inspired by our culinary delights. In the kitchen concept we attach great importance to regionalism as well as tradition - reinterpreting old familiar things in a new way, these should inspire the guests.

Warm cuisine from 11.30 - 14.00 and 18.00 - 21.30
