111: Ridge hike: Vorab - La Siala

At over 2,500 meters, you hike from the Vorab mountain station up to the La Siala mountain station at 2,800 meters above sea level and can hardly stop marveling – don’t forget to pack your camera!

You start at the Vorab mountain station, which you reach by cable car from Flims. It is also easily accessible by public transport. You go up to the ridge below the Laaxerstöckli. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views in all directions, and the fresh mountain air quickly lets you forget everyday life.

From the La Siala station, take the gondola down to Alp Sogn Martin. The sunny bar on the alp invites you to stop for a break before you continue your way. Following hiking trail number 110, you will soon reach the intermediate station Scansinas, which takes you back to the valley. Since you rely on the cable cars for this hike, please observe the current operating times to avoid missing the last descent.
