Description

After a short detour to one of the two large crystals of the Péz Regina, the hike starts, past the church sogn Martin, up towards the forest of Cuscheias. Steadily ascending, the hiking trail winds through the forest to Schlariens. The greatest effort has now been mastered and the hike continues, in a slight up and down over meadows and pastures. The silence, interrupted only by the slight ringing of cowbells on the alp, together with the magnificent view of the mountain ranges of Val Lumnezia with the Péz Regina, Péz Ault and Péz Terri, make you immediately forget the effort of the ascent.

After about 2/3 of the way a little refreshment awaits us at the fireplace Plaun sogn Martin. After a break of about 1 hour it goes down to the imposing wooden bridge over the Val Mulin and finally back to the starting point in Lumbrein.

For the total of almost 500 meters of altitude difference and about 3 hours of hiking time, it requires a medium to good condition. There are no exposed or dangerous spots on the hike.
