From Davos, the route leads along a forest road to the beautifully situated Clavadeler Alp show dairy. Here you can learn first-hand how cheese is made from cow's milk. The route then continues along natural paths to Ischalp. From here, advanced bikers have the option of returning to Davos on a flowing single trail. The suggested forest road through the Mattawald forest offers a more leisurely alternative.
