The Lumnezia cross-country training course is located outside Cumbel, near the playground with fire pit and charging station in Plaun Rueun. Together with other paths and trails in the area, laps of up to 3.8 kilometers in length can be ridden and thus also used for cross-country races.
The approx. 1 meter wide road surface consists of various materials such as forest floor, earth, wood, slurry gravel or crushed sand. They include various elements such as stone fields, root fields, hairpin bends, etc. which also occur in natural terrain. In addition, bike park elements such as steep wall curves, jumps, drops and northshores were built into the trails. The individual elements are built into the course in such a way that they can achieve an exercise and training effect.
