The third flow tour day starts high above Flims at the Alp Naraus mountain station and leads with a few climbs to Chur. The start of the day is the TREK-Runcatrail, which has already won awards for its flow. On the "Flowtour Graubünden", this trail is a must. Like a roller coaster, it leads through the terrain, specially designed for us mountain bikers. If you don't trust your own flying skills with the integrated jumps, roll over them and use them like a pump track. If the word Runca did not come from the name of the terrain, it could well be the Rhaeto-Romanic term for fun. From the sports centre you pass the idyllic Lake Cauma to the viewing platform at Conn. Here the Rhine Gorge drops almost vertically. Through a wild and primeval landscape, you continue on single trails and forest roads to Trin-Digg, where you now follow the official route of the GraubündenBike route (route no. 90). And if there is a bike on it somewhere in Graubünden, then there are usually single trails in it. Just like on this section, simply at its finest. With a short ascent, the route leads to Tamins. If you still have juice in your legs, now choose the way up to the "Benis Boden" for an additional 240 meters of single trail descent to the banks of the Rhine. This is where a flow trail starts, which always leads directly on the riverbank to Chur to the Rossboden on the outskirts of Chur. The return journey to the train station or to the Obere Au car park leads along the marked cycle path.
Effective kilometers on the bike: 35 km.
