The sunny and open canal path passes by many resting benches with views of the Albula valley. At the Sporz junction, a steep path leads up to Sporz. Below the Maiensäss Hotel Guarda Val, turn onto the beautiful and snow-covered winter hiking trail, cross the Cresta ski lift track, continue to the Val Sporz car park and back to the village or take the free sports bus on the blue/red line.

Directions
Start at the tourist office Lenzerheide. Turn right at the Spar and walk past the Gravas campsite. At the water intake, turn right into Kanalweg. When you reach Traintermoira, turn right towards Sporz. At the Hotel Guarda Val turn right into Crestaweg and follow this back to Lenzerheide.
In the Guarda Val gourmet restaurant - awarded 16 Gault Millau points - Paul Berberich and his kitchen team conjure up fine delicacies from the «Maiensässkuchi».
