2-Tages-Wanderung Greina Hochebene

The first stage of the hike begins in Vrin/Puzzatsch. After a short stretch on the dirt road, the path winds its way past the alpine stables of Tegia Sut up to the Diesrut pass. Steeper sections alternate with long climbs. Shortly after the top of the pass, the view opens up to the wide plain of the Greina with the meandering river. After descending into the plain, the trail leads over the suspension bridge over the Rein da Sumvitg.  Crossing the 65-meter-long and 40-meter-high bridge is certainly one of the highlights of this hike. After the bridge, a path continues to the Terri hut.

The second stage leads from the Terri hut over the Crest la Greina to Runcahez. The descent is a bit more challenging, but you will be rewarded with a beautiful, very varied landscape. At several rocky passages, the path is secured with chains. Once at the bottom of the valley, the path follows the Rein da Sumvitg to Alp da Tenigia. After crossing the bridge, a gravel road leads to the reservoir in Runcahez, where the bus stop is located.

Going to the Terrihütte for lunch? That is possible. Well-trained people can also do this tour in one day. The timetables of the Bus alpin are designed for this. However, be sure to consult the timetables of the bus alpin and reserve your seat.
