You start this Gravel bike tour in Sedrun (1,406 MASL) and follow the road down the valley to the edge of the village. From here, a short descent takes you to the Vorderrhein. You cross the bridge and follow the Mountainbike Route No. 207 downstream. A fun gravel road leads you past the swimming lake Bogn (1,354 MASL) to Cavorgia (1,339 MASL). A little lower, you cross the Rhine again (1,196 MASL) and tackle the pleasant, asphalted climb to Mumpe Tujetsch (1,391 MASL). From here, a steady up and down along the Rhaetian Railway leads you back to Sedrun.
