Inclusive sport in the Moesa Region
This year, the Moesano area has also decided to take part in the Graubünden Sports Day. We took the opportunity to introduce you to inclusive sports programs in Moesa.

Sports activities are concentrated in the hearts of the municipalities of Mesocco, Soazza and Lostallo. On this occasion, we want to share with you the opportunities that our sports clubs have to offer. It's the perfect day to discover new passions, meet teammates and fully immerse yourself in the sporting atmosphere of our beautiful region.

Below is the program of activities in the 3 locations:
Mesocco
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 Tennis, game course. Location: Mesocco tennis court, in case of bad weather school gym.
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 Tennis Club Giubiasco, tennis included. Location: Mesocco tennis court, in case of bad weather school gym.
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 San Bernardino Ski Club, acrobatic and strength course. Location: Mesocco school gymnasium.
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 Hail, presentation and practical demonstration of football. Location: Mesocco football field.
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 Bocciofila, game of bowls. Location: bowling alley in Mesocco.
10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. / 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Women's gymnastics and women's gymnastics club. Morning: warm up, Tabata - Afternoon: pilates, stretching. Venue: Mesocco performance hall
10:00 - 16:00 Fitgym, Nordic Walking from Mesocco to Lostallo. Departure from the school square of Mesocco with a stop in the courtyard of the Castle of Mesocco, descending the paths of the valley to Lostallo (packed lunch necessary).
15:00 - 16:00 Country Dance. Location: Mesocco school square.


Lostallo
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 GKB Sportkids, course for children aged 5-6 with the possibility for everyone to try the aptitude test. Location: Lostallo school gymnasium.
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 Ski club Lostallo, balance and agility course. Location: Lostallo school square, in case of bad weather school gym.
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 Moesa Volley, beach volleyball and volleyball. Location: beach volleyball courts in Lostallo, in case of bad weather school gym.
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 Moesa Hockey, agility course. Location: Lostallo school square, in case of bad weather school gym.
10:30 - 11:30 Country Dance. Location: Lostallo school square.
10:00 - 16:00 Shark Team 2000, inclusive swimming. Location: Lostallo school square, in case of bad weather atrium school.

Soazza
10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00 Small caliber, presentation and theoretical demonstration of small caliber shooting. Location: Soazza shooting stand.
13:30 - 14:30 Country Dance. Location: Soazza cultural centre.
11:30 - 13:30 Lunch, pasta with tomato sauce and seasonal fruit. Location: Soazza municipal gymnasium.
