Description
At the Osteria Retica you can spoil your palate: most of the ingredients come from the regions of Bregaglia, Valposchiavo, Engadine and the neighbouring Valtellina. Everything, starting with the yoghurt and bread, is prepared in-house or locally.
The menu is a journey through flavours: Chef Ludovico Ermolli interprets local products to offer a new culinary experience to the guests of the Osteria Retica, combined with a selection of internationally recognised wines. Matteo, the Manager, with Paolo, the Patron, make sure that guests are comfortable in the beautiful atmosphere of the indoor dining rooms or in front of nature on the terrace.
The restaurant, located directly on the cross-country skiing track at the start of the Engadin Skimarathon, is open for aperitifs and dinner. On a beautiful sunny day, you can enjoy delicious food on the terrace; on snowy days and in the evenings, the cosy Stüva invites you to linger.
The Wine Bar offers wines from Switzerland and around the world, also 'by the glass' and gastronomic specialities. The team at the Osteria Retica will also take care of you and your guests for events, conferences and private parties, thanks to the various rooms that the charming Maloja Palace can offer.
