Parc Ela-certified bee honey: From mid-May, the bee colonies will be adjusted on a hiking site on Alp Muntèr at 2000 m above sea level. There they stay until the end of July and collect the fine nectar of alpine roses, Swiss stone pines, pines and other plants. Meltger has been Devona's beekeeper for over 40 years and is still fascinated by these special insects. Since his retirement, he has also devoted himself increasingly to the breeding of queens and the education of young peoples.
