The 0.6 km long Sinnwsweg ARMONIA in the dreamy forest of the hamlet of Garbella is intended to connect man and Nautr more closely again and to awaken one's own life energies anew. Barefoot is walked over the soft ground. Scents, shapes, colors, sensations and sounds stimulate perception and direct the focus away from everyday life. Needle, small stones tickle the foot hollows; They massage cones. The floor springs and crackles under each step. The air is dark and humid. It smells of moss, foliage and pine wood. You breathe consciously, feel nature and your own inner strength. Along the way, various boards are attached, which depict different yoga exercises. They are intended to inspire people to try their hand at the Art of Movement in the Far East.
