At that time, the following wells had to be fed with the new water supply:

• the large fountain on the village square
• the fountain near the schoolhouse
• the fountain in Caschneras
• the fountain in Sumvitg
• the fountain on Plattas

The quality of the work was also defined: "All work is to be carried out precisely on the basis of the specifications drawn up for the Chur water supply". The individual regulations and conditions of the same, insofar as they have any connection at all to the Flerdner management, should apply to all work in Flerden. The cost estimate, prepared on 20 April 1880 by the Chur city architect E. Münster, calculates construction costs in the amount of Fr. 18,700.-.
