At the end of the 1970s, Wolfgang Hildesheimer and architect François Kaufmann designed a new studio near the Poschiavo river, which was to be his place of work from 1980.

Macelleria Zanetti is a family-run company in Poschiavo. For more than 100 years it has been producing and selling fresh local meat and high quality specialties. It currently employs a dozen collaborators.
