The Zanetti butcher's shop was founded in 1992. In addition to dried meat, which is produced according to its own recipe, Bacharia also specialises in the refinement of game meat. Niche products certainly include the venison salsize or the famous venison hams.

Lai Tigiel is a lake east of Savognin in the municipality of Surses in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. It is located at 2462 m above sea level, between Piz Mitgel, Tinzenhorn and Pizza Grossa. The lake is located in the middle of Parc Ela, a 600 km² nature park opened in 2006.
