The path to Seebenalp leads past a small upland moor, where a geomantic zone with many energy lines can be observed. The moorland offers an undisturbed habitat for animals and plants.

The Pizol Glacier, a small cirque glacier remnant, is located below the Pizol peak and is easily visible from the 5-Lake hiking route. Annual length changes have been measured here since 1893.

The Sardona Glacier is located on the St. Gallen side of Piz Sardona and flows into the Walsertal Calfeisen. In addition to the Sardona Glacier, the Chli Glacier is also clearly visible. A famous legend surrounds the glacier.

The Klingenhorn Wynegg castle ruins in Malans is a historical site, separated from the hillside by a neck ditch. The tower is preserved up to three stories, but is in poor condition and overgrown with shrubs.
