Mount Weisshorn with its 2653 metres is the highes mountain of Arosa, which is reachable by cable cars. The Rätia Ampla castle in Riom is the largest in the district of Surses. After the fire in the village in 1864 the wood of the fort was used for reconstruction. The former bishop's castle, built in 1227, can be viewed from the outside.
