The Val Schons pump track in Andeer was opened in summer 2024. The initiative came from three fifth-graders in 2021, which led to the founding of an association. The pump track is suitable for almost all age groups, is freely accessible and is located on the Andeer school square, easily accessible by public transport.

The Tschentaneras cross-country ski trail in Castrisch is located between Ilanz and Castrisch and offers everything from easy training rounds to challenging uphills. While running, you can also enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
