"Scatlè" means something like "nested", the spruce forest is really nested with steep rock ledges, boulder debris fields and avalanche trains.
Between 1850 m and 2015 m above sea level, the 150 to 300 metre wide strip of forest stretches. The reserve, which covers about 5.5 hectares, is the highest primeval spruce forest in Europe.

The wooden bridge Val da Mulin is made of wood, which all comes from municipal forests. With it, a gap in the hiking network from Lumbrein in the direction of Vrin could be closed. The bridge is a good 52 meters long and 22 meters high.

Bergkristallgruppe «Stern der vier Winde», Lumbrein
The famous crystals of Péz Regina are among the largest groups found in the Alps to date. The group "Star of the Four Winds" weighs 1150 kg and can be seen in a shop window in Casa Lumerins.

Four-seater chairlift Alp Dado - Fil (boarding only), Brigels
At the Alp Dado valley station, you can take the 4-seater chairlift from 1853 m above sea level to the Fil mountain station at 2392 m above sea level in 7.30 minutes.
