The 9-day circular hike around the Bernina Range takes you through Switzerland and Italy. The route passes glaciers and mountain lakes such as Lago Bianco and Lej da Diavolezza, and crosses passes such as Fuorcla Surlej (2,755 m) and Munt Pers (3,207 m). The daily stages range from 11 to 17.5 km, with ascents of up to 1,050 m. Highlights include views of the Bernina peaks, the glaciers in Val Roseg, and overnight stays in mountain huts at altitudes of up to 3,000 m.
