With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU standardised and tightened its data protection law. In Switzerland, the revised and tightened Data Protection Act (FADP) came into force on 1 September 2023. The GDPR affects most Graubünden organisations and businesses, and the amended Swiss law even affects all of them.
