Event Chur
Tour Brambrüesch
Description
On the stunning panoramic mountain Brambrüesch-Dreibündenstein, nestled between the city of Chur and Lenzerheide, you'll gain insight into the origins of this diverse, mountainous landscape. You'll understand the evolution of an alpine settlement from a simple farmer's summer pasture to a charming tourist resort. And you'll even experience, seemingly, a breathtaking journey through time in this region, spanning millions of years – more precisely, from 115,000 years ago to 500,000 years ago today. Who else can offer this? Brambrüesch!
Meeting point: At the mountain station of the Chur-Dreibündenstein cable cars on Brambrüesch (starting point). Accessible by public transport from Chur, with parking available at the valley station of the cable cars, or by car to the Riedboden parking lot on Brambrüesch (end of the easy hike).
