The restaurant is separated into different room sections: the front part is mainly used as day restaurant which is located right at the hiking trails / ski pistes. The back part can be separated almost completely by a mobile wall, is used in the evening and presents itself in white tablecloths and candle light. It presents the perfect stage of the head chef Pascal Kleber and his gourmet cuisine. It was awarded with 14 Michelin points.
