"The Crusch Alva hotel, dating back to 1499, used to be the court restaurant in the main municipality in the Engadin. The main courses served in the Stüva and Stüvetta restaurants include beef, veal and pork specialities, as well as fresh fish and, during the season, game. The dessert menu features, among other things, home-made parfait, mousse au chocolat and various ice creams topped with long-life cream. The Cruschetta has capacity to seat around 50 guests. Offered are also a favourably priced lunch menu, as well as home-made capuns and various specialities of the Grisons. In the small garden restaurant, you can get both hot and cold dishes. In the basement, there is a cold store with a deep freeze, a wine & mineral water cellar and a pre-mix & beer-cooling plant."
